Monthly rents are $1550. Included amenities are free water, heat, garbage service, and sewer (Estimated savings of $350-450 a month vs. renting a house). Tenants are responsible for their phone, cable, and Internet services, as well as their electric usage. On-site management and Maintenance. Snow removal on sidewalks and parking lots at 2-3 inches. Ice melt is provided upon request. The Greystone Townhouses are centrally located in Susanville, close to High Desert (over 50% of our tenants work for HD, the Military, or a hospital). Government offices and City businesses alongside the beautiful Susan River. Please inquire about how to join the Greystone community.
