Centrally located within an 8 minute walk to the U of U stadium for PAC 12 football game, concerts, graduation, or all activities on the University Campus. 5 Minute walk to restaurants and shops for dining. 8 world class ski resorts 30-45 minute drive. Premium Kitchen appointments, bedding make this loft incredibly comfortable for 6 (+2 rollout beds can be requested). Large lounge and entertainment area separated from bedroom area. The space The back Yard has a pleasant outdoor dinning, barbecue, and seating area. Other things to note This Loft unit is in the unique and historic Davenport building. The building only has 3 total large lofts. While the family or group staying in the unit can enjoy themselves, be boisterous, and have fun, excessive partying and noise is prohibited. Neighborhood highlights The Davenport #3 Loft is centrally located to everything associated with the University of Utah campus, Downtown SLC, Ski resorts, and unlimited recreation. Additionally, walking to restaurants, bars, and shops is just 1.5 blocks away. Reservoir Park is directly across the street.
