Hi there! We have a lovely bedroom available in a three bedroom, two full bath house that is right across from the Jane subway station in the amazing village of Bloor West! There are currently two other roommates here, two guys, (one guy from France, and the other a flight attendant) and one full-of-personality cat! We are relatively quiet people who enjoy the daily comforts of home but doesn't mind a friend or two over every now-and-again and socializing in the common areas when the mood strikes us. The $600 is inclusive of utilities (cable, internet, hydro, etc.) and is due for the first of each month. The room comes furnished with an extra $250 along with the first and last months rent which will include a double bed, dresser, and night table with a mirror. If you move in mid month only last month rent, $300, and the $250 for furniture will be due ($1050).

Great room amazingly located in unit right in front on Jane Subway Station with full amenities within a 1-4 block radius. (Coin operated laundry in basement of unit) This unit is a 3 bedroom, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room. The unit is fully furnished apart from the bedroom that is available for rent. The room available is a great size that could fit a double or queen bed comfortably with a big window that allows for a lot of natural sunlight. *Please note that parking is not available for this building* A little bit about us. We are 2 males and 1 female currently living here looking for a fourth. (male or female) I work as a flight attendant and I am often out of the house. My fiancé lives with me but works outside of the city so he's barely here due to the long commute it would require of him. The other roommate works a 9-5 Mon-Fri job. We are all quiet individuals who enjoy the calm this house has to offer. There is a cat who roams around the house so someone who likes cats would be great. (Ideally you would not have a pet as introducing a second animal into the house would be a bit much) We are looking for either a male or female in their twenties or close to that who is a professional and quiet individual.
