Renting a room in a two-bedroom apartment right on the waterfront in the heart of Mimico! The building is right next to beautiful waterfront paths and has the TTC and other local businesses (grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, restaurants) just a short two minute walk away. The convenience is awesome! Unit is completely updated with brand new stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). Would be sharing unit with another MALE (Humber College Student). There is currently no pets in the unit but the building is pet friendly. You would be added on to the previous lease (which ends at the end of April 2021) and then could choose to extend your stay or terminate your stay after then. Great short-term or long-term opportunity! Parking is available at an extra cost. Utilities included other than hydro and internet (which is split between the two tenants).Please feel free to ask ANY questions Move in date : February 1st or 15th March 1st
