This ideally located property is within walking distance to Highland Square's library, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as bus lines and the post office and is close to downtown and the University of Akron, the Towpath Trail and area hospitals. A refrigerator, gas stove and microwave are provided. There is ample street parking and bike storage, but no off street parking. Monthly rent amount is $1300. A security and water deposit will be required. Tenant pays all utilities - water, sewer, trash, gas and electric. No smoking and no pets. Service animals will require appropriate documentation. Not Section 8 eligible. This property will require a credit, criminal and eviction check for each applicant aged 18 and over, and will require a non-refundable $45 fee per applicant. No evictions in the past 5 years approved.
