Property Id: 2506900 Bright, spacious and full of charm, this third-floor walk up, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, has been thoughtfully updated while still retaining its classic character. It features beautiful oak woodwork, tall windows, lots of natural light, and has a small porch/ sunroom area in the rear stairwell, perfect for a cafe table or plants. Located on Beck Avenue, just two blocks from Highland Square, it offers easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, the library and bus stops, and it is also conveniently located near downtown Akron and the University of Akron, the Towpath Trail and area hospitals. The monthly rent is $845. A security deposit of $1145 will be required. Tenant pays all utilities - water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric. A window A/C unit, stove and fridge are provided. There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement for tenant use, owner pays for that utility use, and there is a locked storage room in the basement for each unit, as well as under-stairs bicycle parking. Vehicle parking is on street only. This is a no pets allowed, non smoking building. It is not currently Section 8 eligible. All applicants aged 18 years and older will be required to fill an application, pay a non refundable $45 application fee, and require a credit, criminal and eviction check. We do not approve evictions in the past 5 years.
