Looking for someone to takeover my 12 month lease for brand new apartment on a center floor of the gorgeous, new 19Twenty building in the heart of Halifax. (18 storeys) I've signed on with the intention of attending Dal, however personal circumstances have gotten in the way and I need to return home as soon as possible. I have lived in this apartment for less than a week and havent even used the in-suite laundry/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave or oven. Unit has beautiful westward views of Citadel Hill and the sunsets. Unit has A/C which is super quiet (and never have to use), big bright windows, huge full kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and center island with seating. Fibre-op ready, HUGE closet and storage space, without carpets and with a glass-railing balcony; this apartment really has it all. I would be willing to consider leaving some furnishings, however I don't have much to begin with due to not even being here a week. Building is super quiet and well insulated from any outside noise, as well as super close to bus routes and waterfront. About 8 minutes to Dalhousie. Building is secured with key fob and on-site security,and there are on-site building managers as well as a building office downstairs during the day. Gym with all new equiptment and HUGE outdoor comon terrace with modern seating, fireplaces and bbq areas. Underground secured parking at additional cost as well as storage lockers. 19twenty has an amazing common lounge (which no one ever uses) boasting free tv, wifi and kitchen for you to entertain guests or just hang out.
