Apartment sized 2 bedroom house with unfinished basement. 560 sq ft on the main level/smaller bedrooms/1 bath area. Basement is for storage only but does have washer/dryer hookups. Shed in back for storage. Small yard. Centrally located! Pets ok with approval and additional monthly pet fee. All pets are screened through our 3rd party vendor PetScreeening com Pet fees range from $25/$50 per pet. Resident(s) pays gas, electric, and water/sewer. Trash is the only included utility. Please submit a Guest Card by clicking on the “Contact Us” button and we will be in touch to schedule a showing. If after a showing you wish to move forward in the process, complete and submit the online application and pay the $50 fee to run a credit/background check.
