Great location only 8 miles to Whiteman AFB; close to UCM and excellent access to Hwy 50 &; run/bike/walk path from center of Warrensburg being extended all the way to Whiteman. Tenants are required to apply (fee is $50 per adult and each adult living there needs to apply), be approved (600+ credit score), sign a 1 year lease and pay first month's rent and security deposit before moving in. This place is pet friendly, but we do require an additional $350 deposit per pet along with an additional $25/month per pet fee, 2 pet limit. **Renter's insurance is required** NO SMOKING
