Cottage is for 2 registered guests only. No pets, No smoking. There is additional 13% TAX If renting less than 6 months. Rent include water, electric, garbage, sewer, cable TV and internet. There is no onsite washer/dryer. All prospective tenants seeking to rent will be required to submit an application for review and approval.
