The kitchen has all you need to make a full meal and there is an eat-in dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the spacious back yard, grilling and eating out on the back deck, or head out front and relax on the front porch. The living room has a smart TV. The fireplace in the living room is ornamental only, please do not use. The home also has a washer and dryer. Utilities are included for furnished rentals, including internet. There are driveways on both sides of the home, for parking up to 3 cars, including 1 car inside the gate. Please note that the garage in the backyard is not available for use by renters. Pets will be considered with an additional $250/pet one time fee.
