The bedrooms are all on the second floor as well as the 3/4 bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. There is a spacious living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and separate formal dining room. On the front of the house is a large porch with a gas grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the salty air. Also outside on the property is a picnic tale, patio set, and clothes line. There are numerous ceiling fans throughout the house to help keep it cool during the summer. Just down the street from this property are small beach shops, local restaurants, and a seasonal arcade. This house can accommodate up to 6 people with parking for 4 vehicles. There are no pets or smoking allowed. A security deposit of One Month’s Rent is required.
