We are a paperless office, so you MUST be able to provide an Email and a number that receives texts. • A background check is required as part of the move in process. This can include video tours in some cases. • Pet policy: $25 per pet each month-2 pet maximum- nonrefundable • Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. • Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age. Please note: All our buildings are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
