There has been so much improvement in the last couple years since our manager Jennifer has come aboard!! I have lived In this complex for almost 10 years. I have seen many come and many go.. She is here for the long run to make it a better place for everyone. She has put in a lot of time and effort to fix the things that are within her means.. She is very pleasant to speak to, She is extremely kind. And her heart is in it here at Stratfordwood to make it the best she can! I have personally seen the work that she has done.. And I commend her on so many levels. She does not get the credit that she deserves.!! Continue to Work Jennifer!! We need you here! And want you here!!

I lived here since January 2024 and i got no negative to say about it, Im glad I moved here, it’s way better than the hood I lived in LA. Minneapolis, nor St. Paul! In my option it’s quiet, safe, and it’s pet friendly it’s very hard to find a place that accept pets but Stratford does!! Maintenance guys are very friendly and professional!!
