CLOSE TO CAMPUS!! This large house is only a block and a half to campus. There's tons of living space with a large open concept eat in kitchen and living room. All bedrooms are a good size and all are around the same so no fighting over who gets which bedroom. Two full bathrooms, with tubs to relax in after stressful exams. Laundry is on the 2nd floor so it is close and easy to get to. Rent is only $675 each and includes twice monthly housekeeping, parking for two cars, locked bike storage, lawn maintenance, snow removal and holiday house checks.
