Each will have a private, semi-furnished bedroom, walk-in closet, shared private bathroom (shared w/both roommates, owner has separate bathroom), shared kitchen/dining/living room (use of all dishware& kitchen items) & use of the washer&dryer. This listing is for the second, bedroom ($1000) which contains a single daybed w/trundle, built in desk, bookshelf, dresser & walk-in closet. The rent covers all utilities& amenities-heat/hot water/electric/internet/trash/parking/AC. (Please email me if you'd like to rent both rooms as one person & use the second bedroom as a livingroom or office space (Both rooms=$1600). This would allow you to have a private, unshared bathroom.) My home is walking distance to Cheshire Med. Cntr, 10 minutes/0.7 miles; & 20 minutes to downtown, about a mile. Easy access to bike path to get to Keene State College or Antioch!
