This East Van apartment is comfortable, clean, and close to everything you could possibly need. A perfect place to retreat and a great location whether you are biking, taking transit, or driving around town. With great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores only blocks away — we think this location is an ideal base for Vancouver. You will have a parking space at the back of the house, pets are great — we have a golden doodle + terrier upstairs and share the backyard, no smoking indoors — outside is 100% fine. There is laundry in the building (attached to your suite), high-speed (fiber) internet, 1 king & 1 single bed (notice there is a queen bed in the photo), a living room with a large sectional sofa, table and TV, and a counter ideal for work, and finally, a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, pans, blender, toaster, and kettle. We are looking for a minimum of a 3-month lease, but are open to longer.
