This listing has 3 options, each at different prices, so please read thoroughly to be sure that you understand what I have available. 😊 We've been ask so many different questions about the rental, we figured we'd spell it all out here, and also because we really care about who we live with, unlike most apartment complexes where most are strangers to one another and keep to themselves. Since there are only 3 units here, we do get to know each other, and we do treat each other like family. It is definitely a positive, feel-good, & happy environment. 😊  We are located in the heart of Honolulu, on the edge of Waikiki, right by the Hawaii Convention Center.  There are 3 options available: 1br apt 1850, 2br apt 2300, and 1 room in shared unit 1400. The 2 apts are on the ground level unit and the 1br in the upper level unit. Pets are welcome in the 2 apartments on the lower level. However, they are not welcome in the one bedroom on the upper level. This 3 unit home is my love.  🥰 I have spent many months giving it TLC to bring it to the level it is at, and I will always continue to improve it. 😊 Please keep in mind that we are picky with selecting the perfect person for each of these rooms.  We wish only to live with other wonderful, respectful, and caring people like myself. This means people who respect and care about the property as a whole, including the others who live here.  The person must also be very responsible and respectful, as well as hold a professional job with normal working hours, and not be living paycheck to paycheck. They must also be 100% non-smokers and non-vape'ers. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit (750sqft) was just fully renovated and looks like new inside. 😍 The rooms: 10x10 and 10x15 + closets. Parking may be available for 100/mo. Street parking is available. Ground level so no stairs, steps, or elevators to take; simply step out the front door into the sunshine! 🌞 * I will also rent one bedroom on the upper level to a well qualified person, with similar qualities as previously mentioned above. (The upper level is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at approximately 1400sqft).  See last 7 pictures. This person may have the unit to themselves most of the time since I'm often on travel. The room is approximately 12x12 and rents for 1400. There is a constant breeze entering on the shaded East / backside of the unit, which keeps the unit at perfect temperature.  If desired, it is easy to install a window AC unit. *All rooms may be available furnished or unfurnished. Located next to Honolulu Coffee Experience Center, divided by a lively yet tranquil canal filled with tilapia, crabs, and other fish, to include random pufferfish  :) This home sets you very close to Alamoana Shopping Center (3-5 minute walk), many other stores, restaurants, Waikiki beach & harbor; hardly a 10 minute walk. Drop your kayak in from the back yard and paddle the Ala Wai Canal or to Waikiki Harbor in 5min. :) It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (no bathtub), NEW: galley style kitchen, and living room, and new flooring with bright white walls throughout. There is a window unit air conditioner in the bedroom, though rarely used due to constant breeze entering on that side (East side) of the unit which is shaded. This home sets you very close to Alamoana Shopping Center (3-5 minute walk) as well as Waikiki beach and harbor; hardly a 10 minute walk. And of course Magic Island, everyone's favorite walkabout, to watch sunrise, exercise, picnic, beach, sunset, etc! I get there in under 5min on bicycle to catch the sunrise. 😊 We have beautiful gardens, a peaceful backyard of beautiful indigenous plants and trees. You may request to use a section for gardening. The unit has been nicely remodeled with a beach theme. (The last several pictures are of the most recent tenants living arrangement). Inside, all the windows are jalousie type. The living room is a decent size which is actually combined with a recently remodeled galley kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, sink, and granite countertops. The bedroom is reasonably sized at about 10x12' with a generous 2x6' closet. There are two sets of windows in the bedroom on each of the two adjacent walls. The bathroom is standard sized with a shower, sink, toilet, mirrors, hooks, storage, and a nice private window providing a cross breeze. The unit throughout has always had a nice constant breeze, never requiring air conditioning, although it does have one. Free washer outside of unit.
