What a welcoming place!! We were new in town & looking for a place for our son starting school. Brittany was awesome. After touring the apartment & answering all our 100+ questions she handed us a "Welcome to Troy" packet. During the application process she was also very helpful. The apartment complex is nice & clean with quick access to shopping & grocery stores.

Towne Park has been a great place to live! The staff are very friendly and try to remember everyone’s names. They are also very prudent on fixing any problems a tenant may have. The grounds are well maintained and there are many stations with bags and a trash can to clean up after your pets.
