Double car garage, One small dog or one cat is negotiable with deposit and fee. Monthly rent $2,800.00. Tenant pays all other utilities. NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. Available March 12th. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good to excellent credit required. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners.
