(RLNE994309) *SPECIAL OFFER* I AM OFFERING $300 OFF FIRST MONTH'S RENT!! We are leaving the state and need someone to sublease our apartment at Nemoke Trails Apartments in Haslett! We have a one bedroom on the ground floor. We are close to tons of great walking trails and a park. The area is full of young professionals and some families so it's not really a 'party scene.' If you don't like the olive green and brown walls that the photos show, we can definitely paint them back to white if you'd prefer. Close to Okemos mall and not too far from MSU's campus. A little under half a mile to the CATA bus stop. The complex has an indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, workout facility, beach volleyball and office space if you need to work from home. We also put a small garden in front of our apartment which you would obviously be able to have if you took over the lease. The laundry room is right across the hall from us so you would only have to take a few steps for that. That has been great... Also, they are very pet friendly! Only $10/mo per pet and NO pet deposit! The $618 does not include utilities so depending on the month, I would add an extra $50-$70 dollars for that. All depends on how much you use your AC/heat. The lease goes through July 26th 2015. We love this apartment complex and did a LOT of searching beforehand to find something like this. If we weren't leaving the state, we would definitely stay here.
