It has 2 extra large bedrooms plus an office/den, and 2 bathrooms. There's a nice living room and a separate dining room. The carpet throughout the house was just replaced. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and master bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and separate large bathtub. The second bedroom is big, with lots of closet space. There is a bonus room that can be used as an office or den. The kitchen has nice, newer appliances. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. Off of the the laundry room is an enclosed patio. There is a 2-car garage for your vehicles or more storage space. The property owner will take care of most of the yard care, but the tenant is responsible for mowing and weeding the back yard. Tenants pay water, electricity, garbage, and TV/internet, but the house is on a septic system so there is no sewer bill. This home is heated and cooled with a heat pump. Pets are possible on a case-by-case basis with an additional security deposit. First and last month rent, and a $1,600 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $4,800 per month.
