About 1839 Feltham Rd
I will not be around in the summer and need someone to fill my room. My roommates will be around some of the time but will be traveling and doing their own thing. The room has a nice big window and was recently painted. Wood floors, spacious living/dining room, big sun deck off of the dining room. Upper suite in a house located 15 min walk from Uvic, grocery stores etc. We are three females living here and have taken good care of the house. Washer/dryer in the basement. Yard maintained by landlord. Utilities included in the rent. Looking for someone starting May 1st with opportunity to move in before. This is a summer sublet but our lease ends in August so there is an opportunity to take the whole house in September. If you have a friend also in need of a room we may be able to rent two rooms.
