There is also a patio area right of the living room great to sit and relax or have a great summer bbq. The condo complex includes a pool, clubhouse and playgrounds. The location of the condo is within 10 minutes of multiple shopping complexes including Walmart, Costco, Smiths with many restaurants to be finished Fall 2022. PETS: SMALL PETS CONSIDERED WITH ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT AND MONTHLY PET FEE SMOKING or VAPING: NOT ALLOWED PETS: Small Pets Considered with additional deposit and monthly pet fee. Small pets are defined as pets under 25 lbs and must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions. Limit 1 pet per residence. SMOKING or VAPING: NOT ALLOWED TENANT MONTHLY RECURRING CHARGES: * Advertised Rent; plus * All Utilities (utilities vary by property and tenant usage); plus * Resident Benefits Package (RBP) $29.50; plus * A Community Fee of $75 which includes common utilities, landscaping maintenance and snow removal for road.
