Very cute four bedroom two bedrooms up two down very nice kitchen and bathroom big older home with lots of character. Basement fenced backyard. Pet friendly must have pet papers when submitting application. Great location. Utilities Not included, $200 water deposit and $25 monthly garbage fee. We do require an approved application in our office before we show property. There is an application fee of $40 for and individual and $60 for a joint application. Your credit score must be 500 or above. Your application will be denied if you had a felony or a misdemeanor in the last 5 years or an eviction in the past 10 years. We will process your application within 7 to 10 working days depending on how fast references return our phone calls/fax/emails. Our office is located at 145 E. Decatur St., Decatur, IL. 62521.
