This annual rental single-family home was just built in 2023! We are offering this property as a furnished or unfurnished annual rental. This is the Marsala floor plan (please see image gallery), which features 2022 square feet under air with a 2 car garage. Two of the three bedrooms have en suite attached bathrooms and the den could be used as a fourth bedroom. The home has beautiful views of the lake from the lanai, great room and main bedroom. The current configuration for the beds is as follows: the Main bedroom has a King Bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has a Queen bed and the den has 2 pullout Twin size beds that come out of the 2 gray chairs. 2 dogs, non shedding and under 40 pounds accepted with manager approval, please reach out for more info! Currently in development, the Verdana Village community is located in Estero, Florida, just off of Corkscrew Road, only 8.5 miles east of I-75. This gated community has a new, completely state-of-the-art onsite amenities center. These include a very large air-conditioned sports complex with indoor pickleball, basketball and tennis courts. There will be a fitness center, a cafe/ice cream shop, locker rooms, a restaurant, a resort-style swimming pool, a yoga lawn, and so much more! There is also a Publix that is right outside of the community, along with other retail establishments. Please see the Verdana Village website for more information. The Small Print: All information is deemed reliable but is subject to errors and must be verified. Please see attached rental application instructions. One month holding deposit and a fully completed online application from all applicants is required to vet tenants. All applications accepted online at www mikezrentals com Listing office writes lease. There is a $40 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property, and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease. It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable HOA paperwork to the HOA and to give evidence of approval. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the HOA paperwork.
