2 bed 2 bath furnished condo on the 7th floor. Excellent location in the heart of Forest acres Columbia Sc. You'll be close to Prisma Health, churches, great restaurants and shopping and with quick access to 1-77 or downtown Columbia. This condo has just been freshly painted and has two bonuses others might not....the balcony has been enclosed with glass making it a sunroom but the big glass doors open to make it a balcony again! And it is one of the few condos that comes with a reserved parking space in the garage. Condo building has such amenities as swimming pool, convenience store, massage therapist etc..
