You'll be close to Prisma Health, churches, great restaurants and shopping and with quick access to 1-77 or downtown Columbia. This condo has just been freshly painted and has two bonuses others might not....the balcony has been enclosed with glass making it a sunroom but the big glass doors open to make it a balcony again! And it is one of the few condos that comes with a reserved parking space in the garage. Condo building has such amenities as swimming pool, convenience store, massage therapist etc..
