Just moved back! I lived here for almost two years in 2021-2023 and unfortunately had to move down the hill for a year but my job gave me the chance to move back and I was able to actually move back into my same unit I had previously, I’ve lived in Tahoe multiple times in different areas and this has by far felt the most at home. From the location, to the floor plan, and size for the price you really can’t beat it. Jessica is absolutely amazing. This will definitely be home for years to come. <3

I currently live at Sierra Vista apartments for 10 years with my children as a single mother, and my experience with the management had been a consistency of excellent service! Why? Jessica goes above and beyond to help renters specially when someone may have difficulty to pay rent on time and she is on top of the requests of work orders. Jessica and Barry always (not exaggeration the word (Always) have been very helpful, kind, compassionate, and understanding of my situation and I know that's true for every renters at Sierra Vista. Jessica and Barry, I just want to thank you for an excellent customer service! I greatly appreciate you both for your kindness and compassionate hearts.
