Vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit. 1 small garage spot for parking a car or storage. Additional off-street parking in the driveway. Large, partially-fenced backyard. In-unit laundry with stackable laundry center included! This is a smoke-free unit. Utilities are not included. Pets are allowed, $45 pet rent, per animal, per month. There is also a $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee. If you have a dog, just let us know the breed! Certain dog breeds require higher pet rent. Credit must be over 600, and no prior evictions.
