House includes washer & dryer, basement (unfinished) and a privately fenced-in backyard The house is located next to Hwy 5 and only 5 minutes from the Mall of America and MSP Airport. The house is located 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul. The house is close to bus lines, grocery store, and shopping mall. No smoking. No garage but street parking is available. Renter is responsible for snow removal (sidewalk etc.) and mowing the grass. Renter pays $1390 for rent plus water, electricity and gas. I pay for garbage. House available from April 1, 2024. Deposit: Damage deposit ($800) plus last month rent ($1,390). Total deposit $2,190 Renter must pay $45 Background Check fee per adult person.
