This is located in a 55 and older gated community (Arizona Traditions) and features 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness center, ceramic classes, and a bar in the club house. We have an 18 hole golf course , pickle ball, 3 tennis courts and a great soft ball league, we also feature bocce ball and horse shoe pits. We have a very active caterer's group that offers lunches. This and many other activities too numerous to mention. Restaurants near by. We will be painting the entire inside of the home.
