Property Id: 2642712 Hi! I'm seeking a tenant for my basement/MIL suite. I'm very flexible with the lease term -- I'm open to a month-to-month arrangement or up to 9 months. Your private space includes 1BR, 1BA, and a TV room. Your space is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, couch, and 40"+ TV. Wifi, cable with every subscription under the sun, and all other utilities are included in the monthly rent. The house is a 3BD/2BA bungalow (1988 sqft) located within walking distance of Liberty Park and within two miles of downtown, Sugarhouse, 9th&9th, and the ballpark district. It has a fenced yard and a lovely back deck with grill, Ooni pizza oven, and smoker. The kitchen is fully-equipped and its yours to share with me. Same with the large library and Peloton. I'm an pet industry entrepreneur and writer. I work from home home maybe 50% of the time. I'm also an avid rock climber and I travel often in my van, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a lot. I'm married but my wife and I will be living in different SLC homes for the next six months, for some very strange/unique, work-related reasons. I have a large male Saint Bernard named Wayne. He's very friendly but he is messy. Fortunately, he doesn't go downstairs into your space, ever. But when you come upstairs to the kitchen and other common areas, he'll want to say hi. Lease: 1 - 6 Months Deposit Amount Refundable: $1,000 Monthly Pet Fee: $100 Pet Policy: One dog is totally fine, so long as he gets along well with Wayne. Wayne is pushy and assertive during first meetings with other dogs, but he warms up to essentially all of them within one supervised meet-and-greet. And then he's good forever.
