Layout: • Main level: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen • Basement level: 1 bedroom accessed via a steep staircase with a handrail and through an unfinished, industrial-style laundry/utility room Amenities include: High-speed WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, laptop-friendly workspace, quiet neighborhood, central heating, window AC units, two off-street parking spots, and pet-friendly options (see rules). Ideal for long-term stays and comfortable staycations. The living room showcases an authentic hand-exposed brick wall that extends through the kitchen and into the primary bedroom, complemented by eclectic furnishings and unique lighting. The open layout allows the kitchen and living area to flow seamlessly, with a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom features a charming clawfoot soaking tub with chandelier lighting and an overhead rain shower. Please note the tub has a high lip and requires stepping over to enter. The primary bedroom includes a king-size memory-foam hypoallergenic mattress with professionally cleaned linens. Basement bedroom: Comfortable and clean, with one queen and one twin bed, marble checkered floors, wood paneling, string lights, a wardrobe, and gear storage. Cooler in summer, warmer in winter. A twin pull-out sofa bed is also available in the living room (guests set it up themselves). We kindly ask guests to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins at checkout so our cleaners can focus on sanitizing and linens. Thank you for respecting our much-loved home.
