All appliances included: Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, clothes washer, clothes dryer. Pet policy: Up to two dogs or cats allowed with $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent each. Tenant pays all utilities: Gas, electricity, water/sewer, trash. Security deposit due at lease signing. Lease Admin fee of $18 per month is added on all leases by property manager.
