This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet Port Hope neighbourhood that is a short walking distance to the Independent Grocer, Shoppers Drug Mart and Tim Horton’s, as well as close to Hwy 401 access. It has a large backyard which backs onto a walking path and there are multiple parks and schools nearby. This house includes the entire upstairs and one quarter of the basement within a duplex. There is a completely separate basement unit occupied by the homeowners. This duplex complies with all town building codes and fire regulations. The space features a large master bedroom with 2 large windows and 3 double closets. The ensuite bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a large vanity. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo. Each of the other two bedrooms have a large window and closet. The house has central gas heating and central air conditioning. The kitchen, which is open to the great room, has a large side by side fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, corner pantry closet and eat at counter. In the living room you will find a vaulted ceiling. This non-smoking house will be available July 1, 2025 on a minimum 1-year lease. Rent will be $2800.00 per month plus utilities (gas, hydro, water).
