Animals are allowed outside only, must be totally outside animal. Can have horses, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens etc. if cared for, clean up after and keep appropriate area's for them (i.e. fences for them or kennels etc.) - Utilities are tenants responsibility (propane, electric, water and trash.) - There is a kennel and fenced area on the property which the tenant may use - There is also a large storage container that the tenant may use as well. - The propane tank is approximately 500 gallons. The water is approximately $45 per month and the trash is approximately $36 per quarter. Electric and propane bills will vary depending on usage.
