The kitchen features white cabinets, appliances, and countertops, as well as natural light from the window over the double sink for a clean, crisp inviting space. It's equipped with all major appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The home has washer and dryer hookups. Open floor plan living room and dining area has sliding glass doors that lead out to a partially fenced in back yard with patio which is fantastic for enjoying time with your pet. The bedrooms each have ceiling fans for added comfort. The duplex has its own driveway and sidewalk and a covered front porch where you can sit and enjoy the day. Rent is $1,595 per month. Tenant pays all utilities. Security deposit: $1,595. Renters and Liability to Landlord Insurance are required. Property is non-smoking. Pet friendly for a maximum of two pets, cats or dogs, weighing less than 25 lbs each, breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required.
