Modern cabin home, can be rented as furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. Maximum occupancy is four persons. Available Nov. 1st. $1795/ month, plus utilities (Electric, Internet, Propane Gas for fireplace optional). This is an absolutely non-smoking/ vaping property, meaning, no smoking/ vaping inside the home and no smoking on the property. The communal living space is an open concept with a gas fireplace and ROKU streaming TV viewable from all living and kitchen areas. The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, closet, ROKU streaming TV, french doors to porch, and with a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The lofted bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom and closet, and ROKU streaming TV and DVR. The kitchen has a pantry for food and additional equipment storage. Appliances include a ceramic top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Home is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware when rented as fully furnished. Double-doors lead from the living area and the main floor bedroom to a large, furnished, lit porch with ceiling fans. A deck with dining furniture, a nearby fire pit with grill and furniture for enjoying campfires are all just outside the front door. Heating and air conditioning for the main living area and loft area is supplied by a ductless HVAC system with ceiling fans that adjust to disperse warm and cool air appropriately and efficiently to make a very comfortable environment. In addition, the main floor bedroom has an electric stove heater and a window air conditioner, and a ceiling fan, to provide additional heating/ cooling. Both bathrooms have heaters and exhaust fans. The gas fireplace in the main area can be used for both warming and ambiance, HOWEVER, the tenant will be financially responsible for the care and servicing of the fireplace beyond normal annual upkeep, including the fuel cost. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and will vary by season and individual preferences. Each month a copy of the electric, internet/phone, and propane gas (fireplace) bills will be forwarded to the tenant for remittance to the lessor within a specified period of time, to be stipulated in the rental agreement. The property is mostly wooded hillside and has no fencing. Located 8 miles from Murphy downtown, and just 2.5 miles from the junction of Highways 64/74/19. Parking is outdoor, uncovered, next to the entrance- there is room for more than one car/ truck and turn around space. There is another space available halfway up the driveway. The driveway goes up/ down hill and is gravel, generally no problem for any type of automobile. $1795/ month, plus utilities. One month security deposit. Move-in fee of $200.
