About 178 Hamilton St #2
I am looking for someone to take over my lease for May 1st (possibly April 1). The room available is on the second floor in a century old home that is split into 2 apartment units. Our unit (second floor) has a large living room, large kitchen, newly renovated 4 piece bathroom, bedroom and second bedroom above in the 'attic'. The room available isn't the attic room but the room on the main level. I currently have a queen size bed with tv stand, large mirror and night stand in the room (room is not furnished, just a reference for size), it also has a double closet and large window facing west. The house has a backyard that is shared with the tenants below and includes great storage space for bikes etc. There is a washer but no dryer, however a couple laundromats across the street. The area is great for ttc access, you have 4 main lines including Dundas, Carlton, Queen and King as well as Broadview up to Broadview Station. It is really close to riverdale, leslieville, greektown. You will be living with a 30ish year old female who works full time and has 2 cats. The rent is inclusive of utilities, internet is extra.
