Upgrades galore with a golf and mountain view! - I've got to be honest, this is probably one of the nicest homes we've had the pleasure of managing. The homeowner of this home has pulled out all the stops. Here is just a short list of all the upgrades in this home: wood-look tile flooring, power retractable awning, custom entertainment built-ins, brand new custom kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, custom closet built-ins, custom baseboard molding, soft-water system, colored and stamped concrete including an extra wide driveway with wrought-iron gates, mirrored closet doors in every bedroom, and much, much more.
