In a three level, five bedroom home, you can have your own comfortable living space in a shared living home. You also have access to bright shared areas throughout the home. The main level features an open layout that connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a welcoming place to cook, relax, or meet with housemates. The kitchen features a peninsula bar with three stools, perfect for quick meals, and a wine cooler for those who enjoy unwinding. The dining area features a table that can accommodate four, which can be extended to seat six, and the living room offers comfortable couches and a smart TV. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are included, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Room 1 - $1000 This bedroom is on the 3rd level of the home where you'll have access to your own bathroom in the hall. The room is spacious with a furnished queen bed. There is an empty room at other end which will only be occupied a few times a year for a day or two. Otherwise, you have the whole level and bathroom to yourself! Rooms 2, 3 - $1100 Two spacious rooms available on 2nd level, each furnished with queen bed and dresser. Each has it's own private bathroom for the most convenience. One room has it's own private balcony attached. The other room is a bit more spacious. Basement Suite - $1250 This basement suite has it's own private entrance and it's own bathroom. You have the whole level to yourself! There's a lounge/living area separate from the bedroom as well The home's location offers quick access to major employers, including Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University, making it ideal for professionals or medical staff who frequently travel.
