The unit is on the second floor and features an open floor plan consisting of a large living room, kitchen and dining area with vinyl plank flooring throughout and vaulted ceilings, which provide an open and airy feeling in the home. The kitchen includes all-white cabinets and appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave/exhaust hood combo. Step through the French doors in the living room onto the screened-in balcony with a nice view of the pool. The main bedroom is large with a walk-in closet and access to an ensuite private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is large enough for a queen bed and there’s another full bathroom off the hallway. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as in the living room. A full-size washer and dryer are provided inside the unit. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or bring a lounge chair to relax on one of the two decks overlooking scenic Pearl Lake. Small pets OK with pet fee and/or pet rent. This home is centrally located approximately 12 miles north of downtown Orlando immediately off West State Road 436 with very easy access to State Road 434 and Interstate 4. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and other business and is about 3 miles from Cranes Roost Park and Altamonte Mall.
