Out on the lanai you’ll find the pool and spa set in a tropical oasis offering privacy and comfort. A perfect place to relax and entertain friends, or watch rocket launches from the pool or spa. The house has gas appliances (stove, hot water heater, furnace) and a high efficiency heat pump A/C system. With the solar power system on the roof providing abundant power from the Florida sun, you’ll see some of the lowest utility bills you’ve ever had! Living in the Martesia community includes access to a private park and playground as well as two tennis courts and private walking trails. Bicentennial park is just across A1A with pavilions and cookout grills if you want to take the party to the beach. Nearby you’ll find Lowes, Publix, Wallmart, and plenty of cute beach-side restaurants. Rent includes lawn and pool care, so less work for you and more time to relax! Tenent is responsible for all utilities and upkeep of the spa. If you would like spa upkeep included, that can be arranged for an additional $50/mo fee. No Utilities included.
