Live in one of the city’s most desirable historic neighborhoods and experience the best of South Hill living! Cats may be approved with a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Tenant pays for electricity. Water, sewer, and garbage is a flat rate of $75/mo. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
