About 1735 S Allison St #B
Property Id: 1644289 Private room for rent on the main floor of a 3 level, 3bd 3ba townhome in Lakewood! Chuze fitness just came in across the street (literally)! 3 minute walk to the grocery store and a short drive from Belmar/Lakewood Town Center. 15 minute drive to Southwest Plaza and Sloan’s Lake. Bedroom is 11’ x 11’ with walk in closet right across from a recently renovated full bath. The space in the upstairs bedroom and basement allow for 3 separate living rooms, the main floor living space being available to you (has a fireplace!). Additional storage also available in the basement as well as the attached garage. Utilities are equally split between all 3 roommates and are ~$100 a month (gas, electric, wifi). Laundry is shared between tenants and in basement. Roomates late 20's/early 30s and are clean, respectful and lowkey and looking for someone who is the same. Preferably no pets as there is already a larger dog that lives here but negotiable. Please reach out if you have any questions!
