The third, larger bedroom on the other side has a separate exterior entrance. Large, open concept living room and kitchen make this home feel spacious. It's got a covered porch, large xeriscape yard requires very little maintenance. Washer and dryer included. Tenants pay all utilities, renters insurance required, no smoking. There is a $50 application fee per adult. Applicants who wish to have their application fee refunded have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. Applicants may request to have their application fee refunded within 30 days after providing an approved tenant screening. In all cases, tenants are required to complete an application through Western Colorado Property Management.
