Security deposit will be determined upon the amount of time spent and signed with the lease. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be taken out per week from the security deposit or additional if staying longer. If additonal damage is done, please notify us immediately so we can discuss and handle. If it is not in the normal wear and tear of the home additional funds may be deducted from the security deposit and extra may be asked for. This is a family friendly neighborhood, and we welcome all to share the love of this home for the summer. Again, weekly, monthly and full/half summer rental availability.
