Large open living room and eat-in kitchen. Separate laundry room. Located on a dead end street with no backyard neighbors. Minutes to Downtown and APSU. Owner approval is needed for all pets. We welcome pets per our pet policy with the following exceptions (no puppies or kittens). Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $300 first pet, $200 second pet non-refundable fee. $30 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pets. *FYI - All walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are to be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures.
