Looking for a beautiful and spacious duplex apartment that doubles as a live-in, work-in space? Look no further! This duplex apartment, which occupies the top two floors, is located in the historic Victorian neighborhood of Catskill Village. It has a newly renovated attic in a Queen Anne Victorian. Both floors have great natural light and overhead lighting. The second-floor apartment is approximately 950 square feet and comprises two bedrooms with closets, a large living/dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a sunroom, and a bathroom. You can walk straight up from the second floor into a rejuvenated and weatherized attic, which is around 800 square feet and could be perfect as an office or studio for a painter, jewelry designer, writer, and more. Both spaces are spacious and sun-drenched. If you're interested in renting this apartment, note that it is a duplex live-in work-in apartment. It is 10 minutes from Hudson and Athens and 35 minutes from Kingston and Albany. I'm open to discussing shorter or longer-term rentals, preferably a one/two-year renewable lease. The duplex is unfurnished. The rental includes heat, hot water, and wi-fi. The communal washer and dryer are accessible through the backyard and are shared with one other tenant. Some of the photos were taken before the tenants moved out. The entire apartment has been painted white. Catskill Village offers the best of both worlds. Surrounded by nature, though within walking distance of Main St., this apartment is a great option for those looking for a space perfect for living and working!
