First floor two bedrooms, two baths unit with two wonderful upgrades: This unit has its own washer and dryer and there are double paned windows and patio doors throughout. Tile floors throughout with both bedrooms having vinyl plank flooring. Easy access in a controlled parking lot. Very nice landscaping throughout the complex. Very good location in the East End Historical District, a very walkable neighborhood with history with every structure. Primary bedroom suite has much storage with lots of closet space. Kitchen is galley-style with granite countertops and all the appliances. Living room looks out on to a patio area 16x10. Formal dining room with chandelier. Designated parking space in a covered carport.
