Very nice layout with large master bedroom, large closet, large master bathroom, with walk-in shower Very spacious great room with gas fireplace. Open kitchen area with plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy time with family. Gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Extra area off of great room made for computer nook. There are two TVs on each bedroom wall that are included if the tenant desires. There is an extra fridge and large freezer in the garage for the tenants use. These items are there for the tenants added convenience and will not be maintained by the owner. No pets are allowed and no smoking. Application fee is $45.00 per adult over 18 years old.
